Ingredients

  • 🌿 Mint Leaves – 1 cup fresh
  • 🍀 Coriander Leaves – 1 cup fresh
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – 2-3 pieces
  • 🫚 Ginger – 1 inch piece
  • 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🥣 Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  • 🌿 Wash and pluck fresh mint and coriander leaves, removing any thick stems.
  • 🌶️ Place the leaves, green chilies, ginger, and cumin seeds into a blender jar.
  • 🍋 Add lemon juice and salt to help preserve the bright green color.
  • 🌀 Blend everything into a smooth paste, adding a splash of water if needed.
  • ✨ Transfer to a bowl and serve fresh as a dip or spread.
