Ingredients
- 🌿 Mint Leaves – 1 cup fresh
- 🍀 Coriander Leaves – 1 cup fresh
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – 2-3 pieces
- 🫚 Ginger – 1 inch piece
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🥣 Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- 🌿 Wash and pluck fresh mint and coriander leaves, removing any thick stems.
- 🌶️ Place the leaves, green chilies, ginger, and cumin seeds into a blender jar.
- 🍋 Add lemon juice and salt to help preserve the bright green color.
- 🌀 Blend everything into a smooth paste, adding a splash of water if needed.
- ✨ Transfer to a bowl and serve fresh as a dip or spread.
