Ingredients
- 🥟 Frozen buns – 12 pieces
- 🥬 Cabbage – finely chopped
- 🧅 Green onion – sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍚 Sesame oil – 1 tbsp
- 💧 Water – ½ cup
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 🥟 Place frozen buns in the pan, flat side down.
- 💧 Add water and cover the pan. Steam for about 8-10 minutes, or until the buns are cooked through.
- ✨ Remove the lid and continue to pan-fry until the bottoms are golden brown and crispy.
- 🥬 Garnish with cabbage and green onions, then serve immediately.
