Ingredients

  • 🥟 Frozen buns – 12 pieces
  • 🥬 Cabbage – finely chopped
  • 🧅 Green onion – sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🍚 Sesame oil – 1 tbsp
  • 💧 Water – ½ cup

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • 🥟 Place frozen buns in the pan, flat side down.
  • 💧 Add water and cover the pan. Steam for about 8-10 minutes, or until the buns are cooked through.
  • ✨ Remove the lid and continue to pan-fry until the bottoms are golden brown and crispy.
  • 🥬 Garnish with cabbage and green onions, then serve immediately.
