Ingredients
- 🐂 Oxtail – braised and shredded
- 🥖 Bread – sliced thinly
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌿 Herbs – fresh, chopped (parsley, thyme)
- 🧀 Cheese – grated (Manchego or similar)
- 🍷 Red wine – for braising
Instructions
- 🥩 Braise oxtail in red wine with onions, garlic, and herbs until tender. Shred the meat.
- 🥖 Cut bread into small rounds or squares. Toast lightly.
- 🐂 Top each bread slice with a portion of shredded oxtail.
- 🧀 Sprinkle grated cheese over the oxtail.
- 🔥 Bake or grill until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot as pinchos.
