Ingredients

  • 🐂 Oxtail – braised and shredded
  • 🥖 Bread – sliced thinly
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌿 Herbs – fresh, chopped (parsley, thyme)
  • 🧀 Cheese – grated (Manchego or similar)
  • 🍷 Red wine – for braising

Instructions

  • 🥩 Braise oxtail in red wine with onions, garlic, and herbs until tender. Shred the meat.
  • 🥖 Cut bread into small rounds or squares. Toast lightly.
  • 🐂 Top each bread slice with a portion of shredded oxtail.
  • 🧀 Sprinkle grated cheese over the oxtail.
  • 🔥 Bake or grill until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot as pinchos.
