Ingredients
- 🫖 Dried butterfly pea flowers – 1 tbsp
- 💧 Hot water – 1 cup
- 🧊 Ice cubes – 1 cup
- 🍯 Honey or sweetener – 1 tsp
- 💨 Culinary nitrogen or carbonated soda – for nitro effect
Instructions
- 🫖 Steep butterfly pea flowers in hot water for 5 minutes until deep blue.
- 🍯 Stir in honey or sweetener while the tea is still warm, then strain.
- 🧊 Fill a shaker or glass with plenty of ice and pour the cooled blue tea over it.
- 💨 Infuse with nitrogen or top with soda for a creamy, bubbly, nitro-style texture.
