Burrata Classica Neapolitan Pizza

Ingredients
- 🍕 Pizza dough – 2 balls, room temperature
- 🍅 San Marzano tomato sauce – 1/2 cup
- 🧀 Burrata cheese – 2 fresh balls
- 🌿 Fresh basil leaves – a handful
- 🫒 Extra virgin olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- 🧂 Sea salt – a pinch
Instructions
- 🌡️ Preheat your oven to its highest setting, ideally with a pizza stone inside.
- 🍕 Stretch the dough balls into thin rounds on a floured surface.
- 🍅 Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the dough and bake for 7-9 minutes until the crust is charred.
- ✨ Remove from oven and carefully place one fresh ball of burrata in the center of each pizza.
- 🌿 Break open the burrata, drizzle with olive oil, garnish with fresh basil, and serve immediately.
