Ingredients

  • 🍜 Noodles – of your choice
  • 🥕 Mixed Vegetables – chopped (carrots, cabbage, beans)
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🍗 Chicken or 🍄 Mushrooms – (optional)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions, garlic, and green chilies.
  • 🥕 Add mixed vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
  • 🍗 Add chicken or mushrooms (if using) and cook until browned.
  • 🍜 Pour in broth or water, add noodles, and cook until noodles are tender.
  • ✨ Season with salt and pepper to taste, serve hot.
