- 🍜 Noodles – of your choice
- 🥕 Mixed Vegetables – chopped (carrots, cabbage, beans)
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🍗 Chicken or 🍄 Mushrooms – (optional)
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions, garlic, and green chilies.
- 🥕 Add mixed vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
- 🍗 Add chicken or mushrooms (if using) and cook until browned.
- 🍜 Pour in broth or water, add noodles, and cook until noodles are tender.
