Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – diced
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🫘 Black chickpeas - soaked overnight

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions until golden.
  • 🧄 Add garlic, green chilies and cook briefly.
  • 🥔 Add potatoes, chickpeas and spices; sauté for a few minutes.
  • 💧 Add water, cover, and simmer until the potatoes and chickpeas are tender.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
