Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – diced
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🫘 Black chickpeas - soaked overnight
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions until golden.
- 🧄 Add garlic, green chilies and cook briefly.
- 🥔 Add potatoes, chickpeas and spices; sauté for a few minutes.
- 💧 Add water, cover, and simmer until the potatoes and chickpeas are tender.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
