- 🫘 Red bean paste (anko)

Instructions
- 🥣 Mix mochiko, matcha, sugar, and water in a microwave-safe bowl.
- ♨️ Cover and microwave in short intervals, stirring in between, until a sticky dough forms.
- ✨ Dust a surface with starch. Divide the dough and flatten each portion.
- 🫘 Wrap each dough portion around a ball of red bean paste.
