Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix mochiko, matcha, sugar, and water in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • ♨️ Cover and microwave in short intervals, stirring in between, until a sticky dough forms.
  • ✨ Dust a surface with starch. Divide the dough and flatten each portion.
  • 🫘 Wrap each dough portion around a ball of red bean paste.
  • ❄️ Chill briefly before serving for best texture.
