Ingredients
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 cup
- 💧 Water – 1 cup
- 🍬 Sugar – 1/2 cup
- 🍋 Lemon zest – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 💧 Combine water and sugar in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves. 🍬
- 🍋 Stir in lemon juice and zest. 🍋
- 🧊 Let mixture cool completely, then freeze for at least 2 hours. 🧊
- 🥄 Break up the frozen mixture and blend until smooth. 🥄
- ❄️ Return to freezer for another 30 minutes before serving. ❄️
