Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 4 cups
  • 🍋 Lemon – 2 tbsp juice
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🫘 Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – 2, slit

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, let them splutter.
  • 🧅 Add onions and green chilies, sauté until onions are golden brown.
  • 🍚 Add cooked rice and lemon juice. Mix gently.
  • 🧂 Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix well.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
