Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 4 cups
- 🍋 Lemon – 2 tbsp juice
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🫘 Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – 2, slit
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, let them splutter.
- 🧅 Add onions and green chilies, sauté until onions are golden brown.
- 🍚 Add cooked rice and lemon juice. Mix gently.
- 🧂 Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix well.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
