Ingredients
- 🎂 Cake flour – 3 cups
- 🥚 Eggs – 4 large
- 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
- 🧈 Butter – 1 cup, softened
- sugar – 2 cups
- ✨ Vanilla extract – 2 tsp
- 🌈 Frosting – your choice
- 🍓 Berries – for decoration
Instructions
- 🥣 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour cake pans.
- 🥚 Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- dry ingredients alternately with milk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- 🔥 Pour batter evenly into prepared pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- ❄️ Let cool in pans for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely. Frost and decorate as desired.
