Ingredients

  • 🐑 Ground Lamb – for meatballs
  • 🍚 Panko Breadcrumbs – for binding
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Gochujang – Korean chili paste
  • 🍯 Honey – for glaze
  • 🌱 Sesame Seeds – for garnish
  • 🌿 Green Onions – chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine lamb, breadcrumbs, onion, and garlic. Form into meatballs.
  • ♨️ Bake or pan-fry meatballs until cooked through.
  • 🍯 Prepare Korean glaze: mix gochujang and honey.
  • 🥘 Coat meatballs in glaze and heat until sticky.
