Ingredients
- 🍤 Prawns – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🫑 Bell peppers – sliced
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Chili bean sauce (Toban Djan) – 2 tbsp
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Spring onions – for garnish
- 🛢️ Cooking oil – for grilling
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate prawns with soy sauce, minced garlic and Toban Djan for 15 minutes.
- 🔥 Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- 🍢 Thread marinated prawns and sliced vegetables onto skewers.
- ♨️ Grill the prawn skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, until prawns are pink and cooked through.
- 🌿 Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve immediately.
