Ingredients

  • 🍤 Prawns – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
  • 🫑 Bell peppers – sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Chili bean sauce (Toban Djan) – 2 tbsp
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Spring onions – for garnish
  • 🛢️ Cooking oil – for grilling

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate prawns with soy sauce, minced garlic and Toban Djan for 15 minutes.
  • 🔥 Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • 🍢 Thread marinated prawns and sliced vegetables onto skewers.
  • ♨️ Grill the prawn skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, until prawns are pink and cooked through.
  • 🌿 Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve immediately.
