Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – basmati preferred
- 🥛 Milk – full cream
- 🍬 Sugar – to taste
- 🌰 Nuts – almonds, cashews
- 🌿 Cardamom – a few pods
Instructions
- 🍚 Wash rice and soak for 15 mins.
- 🥛 Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan.
- 🍚 Add rice and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally.
- 🍬 Add sugar, nuts, and cardamom when rice is cooked.
- ✨ Simmer until desired consistency and serve warm or chilled.
