Ingredients
- 🐑 Minced Mutton – 500g
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫚 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green Chillies – finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander Leaves – chopped
- 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix minced mutton with chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, and coriander leaves.
- 🧂 Add spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala, salt) to the mixture and mix well.
- ⏳ Let the mixture marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 🍢 Shape the mixture onto skewers.
- 🔥 Grill or pan-fry the seekh kababs until cooked through and browned on all sides.
- 🍋 Serve hot with lemon wedges and mint chutney. Enjoy! ✨
