Ingredients

  • 🐑 Minced Mutton – 500g
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🫚 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green Chillies – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander Leaves – chopped
  • 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix minced mutton with chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, and coriander leaves.
  • 🧂 Add spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala, salt) to the mixture and mix well.
  • ⏳ Let the mixture marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🍢 Shape the mixture onto skewers.
  • 🔥 Grill or pan-fry the seekh kababs until cooked through and browned on all sides.
  • 🍋 Serve hot with lemon wedges and mint chutney. Enjoy! ✨
