Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice 🍚
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar 🥄
- 1/4 cup sugar 🍬
- 1/4 cup water 💧
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots 🥕
- 1/2 cup cucumber 🥒
- 1/2 cup spinach 🥬
- 1/2 cup pickled radish 🥗
- 4 sheets nori 🍃
- 1/2 cup imitation crab meat 🦀
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds 🌾
Instructions
- Wash the sushi rice and cook it according to package instructions. 🍚🔥
- Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and water in a small saucepan and heat until sugar dissolves. 🥄🔥
- Let the rice cool, then mix in the vinegar mixture. 🍚🥄
- Prepare the vegetables and crab meat. 🥕🥒🦀
- Lay out a sheet of nori and spread a thin layer of rice on it. 🍃🍚
- Add the vegetables and crab meat in a line down the center. 🥬🥒🦀
- Roll the gimbap tightly using a bamboo mat, then slice into bite-sized pieces. 🍴
- Serve with sesame seeds sprinkled on top. 🌾
