Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice 🍚
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar 🥄
  • 1/4 cup sugar 🍬
  • 1/4 cup water 💧
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots 🥕
  • 1/2 cup cucumber 🥒
  • 1/2 cup spinach 🥬
  • 1/2 cup pickled radish 🥗
  • 4 sheets nori 🍃
  • 1/2 cup imitation crab meat 🦀
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds 🌾

Instructions

  • Wash the sushi rice and cook it according to package instructions. 🍚🔥
  • Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and water in a small saucepan and heat until sugar dissolves. 🥄🔥
  • Let the rice cool, then mix in the vinegar mixture. 🍚🥄
  • Prepare the vegetables and crab meat. 🥕🥒🦀
  • Lay out a sheet of nori and spread a thin layer of rice on it. 🍃🍚
  • Add the vegetables and crab meat in a line down the center. 🥬🥒🦀
  • Roll the gimbap tightly using a bamboo mat, then slice into bite-sized pieces. 🍴
  • Serve with sesame seeds sprinkled on top. 🌾
