Ingredients

  • 🥩 Keema (minced meat) – 500g
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🫑 Green bell pepper – 1, chopped
  • 🥚 Eggs – 4
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, chopped
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
  • 🧂 Spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
  • 🥩 Add keema and cook until browned. Break it up with a spoon.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes, bell pepper, and spices. Cook until the tomatoes soften.
  • 🥚 Make wells in the keema mixture and crack eggs into them. Cover and cook until eggs are set to your liking. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
