Ingredients
- 🥩 Keema (minced meat) – 500g
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
- 🫑 Green bell pepper – 1, chopped
- 🥚 Eggs – 4
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🧂 Spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
- 🥩 Add keema and cook until browned. Break it up with a spoon.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes, bell pepper, and spices. Cook until the tomatoes soften.
- 🥚 Make wells in the keema mixture and crack eggs into them. Cover and cook until eggs are set to your liking. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
