Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground meat – 500g
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Green chilies – 2-3 finely chopped
- 🌰 Cashews – ground to a paste
- 🥄 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🪴 Fresh coriander – chopped
Instructions
- 🥩 Marinate ground meat with onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, cashew paste, spices, and lemon juice.
- ⏳ Let the mixture rest for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- 🍢 Shape the marinated meat into small, cylindrical kebabs.
- ♨️ Grill or pan-fry the kebabs until cooked through and browned on all sides.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
