Ingredients

  • 🥩 Ground meat – 500g
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Green chilies – 2-3 finely chopped
  • 🌰 Cashews – ground to a paste
  • 🥄 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🪴 Fresh coriander – chopped

Instructions

  • 🥩 Marinate ground meat with onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, cashew paste, spices, and lemon juice.
  • ⏳ Let the mixture rest for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  • 🍢 Shape the marinated meat into small, cylindrical kebabs.
  • ♨️ Grill or pan-fry the kebabs until cooked through and browned on all sides.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
