Ingredients

  • 🍚 Idli Rice – for fluffy idlis
  • 🌱 Urad Dal – for soft dosas
  • 💧 Water – for grinding
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🥄 Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🥣 Soak rice and dal separately overnight.
  • ⚙️ Grind into a smooth batter.
  • 🌙 Ferment batter for 8-12 hours.
  • ♨️ Steam idlis and cook dosas on a hot pan.
  • 🍴 Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
