Ingredients
- 🍚 Idli Rice – for fluffy idlis
- 🌱 Urad Dal – for soft dosas
- 💧 Water – for grinding
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🥄 Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥣 Soak rice and dal separately overnight.
- ⚙️ Grind into a smooth batter.
- 🌙 Ferment batter for 8-12 hours.
- ♨️ Steam idlis and cook dosas on a hot pan.
- 🍴 Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
