Ingredients

  • 🐟 Vanjaram (Seer Fish) – 4 steaks
  • 🌶️ Red Chili Powder – 2 tsp
  • 🌿 Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
  • 🍋 Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🍚 Rice Flour – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🫗 Oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate vanjaram steaks with chili powder, turmeric, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, rice flour, and salt. Let it rest for 30 mins.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • 🍳 Gently place the marinated fish steaks in the hot oil.
  • ⏲️ Fry each side for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 🍽️ Serve hot with rice and lemon wedges. Enjoy! ✨
