Ingredients
- 🐟 Vanjaram (Seer Fish) – 4 steaks
- 🌶️ Red Chili Powder – 2 tsp
- 🌿 Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🍚 Rice Flour – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🫗 Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate vanjaram steaks with chili powder, turmeric, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, rice flour, and salt. Let it rest for 30 mins.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 🍳 Gently place the marinated fish steaks in the hot oil.
- ⏲️ Fry each side for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
