Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
  • 🍗 Cooked Chicken – 1 cup, shredded
  • 🥦 Mixed Vegetables – 1 cup (broccoli, carrots, peas)
  • 🥚 Fried Egg – 2
  • 🌶️ Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a large pan or wok.
  • 🍚 Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  • 🍗 Add cooked chicken and mixed vegetables, stir well.
  • 🌶️ Season with soy sauce and other desired spices. Mix thoroughly.
  • 🍳 Top each serving with a fried egg and serve immediately.
