Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 🍗 Cooked Chicken – 1 cup, shredded
- 🥦 Mixed Vegetables – 1 cup (broccoli, carrots, peas)
- 🥚 Fried Egg – 2
- 🌶️ Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a large pan or wok.
- 🍚 Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- 🍗 Add cooked chicken and mixed vegetables, stir well.
- 🌶️ Season with soy sauce and other desired spices. Mix thoroughly.
- 🍳 Top each serving with a fried egg and serve immediately.
