Ingredients

  • 🍄 Dried mushrooms – soaked
  • 🫙 Tofu – cubed
  • 🎋 Bamboo shoots – sliced
  • 🥕 Carrot – julienned
  • 🌶️ Chili flakes – to taste
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – to taste
  • 🍚 Rice vinegar – to taste
  • 🌿 Green onions – chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍄 Soak dried mushrooms in hot water.
  • 🍲 In a pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil.
  • 🥕 Add bamboo shoots, carrots, and soaked mushrooms to the broth.
  • 🌶️ Season with soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili flakes.
  • 🫙 Add tofu cubes and simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with green onions before serving. ✨
