- 🎋 Bamboo shoots – sliced
- 🥕 Carrot – julienned
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – to taste

- 🍚 Rice vinegar – to taste
- 🌿 Green onions – chopped for garnish
Instructions
- 🍄 Soak dried mushrooms in hot water.
- 🍲 In a pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil.
- 🥕 Add bamboo shoots, carrots, and soaked mushrooms to the broth.
- 🌶️ Season with soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili flakes.
