Instructions
- 🥣 Knead flour, a pinch of salt, and water into a firm dough; let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 🥭 Blend mango cubes with sugar until smooth to create the Aam Ras; chill until serving.
- ⚪ Roll the dough into small, thin circular discs for the pooris.
- 🔥 Deep fry the discs in hot oil until they puff up and turn golden brown on both sides.
- ✨ Serve the hot, crispy pooris alongside the chilled, sweet mango pulp.
