Ingredients

  • 🥭 Ripe Mangoes – 3 large, peeled and cubed
  • 🌾 Wheat Flour – 2 cups
  • 🧂 Sugar – 2 tbsp (for mango puree)
  • 🧂 Salt – 1/2 tsp (for dough)
  • 🌻 Vegetable Oil – for deep frying
  • 💧 Water – as needed for dough

Instructions

  • 🥣 Knead flour, a pinch of salt, and water into a firm dough; let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • 🥭 Blend mango cubes with sugar until smooth to create the Aam Ras; chill until serving.
  • ⚪ Roll the dough into small, thin circular discs for the pooris.
  • 🔥 Deep fry the discs in hot oil until they puff up and turn golden brown on both sides.
  • ✨ Serve the hot, crispy pooris alongside the chilled, sweet mango pulp.
