- 🥐 Croissant – 2
- 🐟 Fish balls – 12
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Curry powder – 2 tbsp
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1/2 cup
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onion and garlic until golden.
- 🌶️ Add curry powder and cook for 1 minute.
- 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and simmer.
- 🐟 Add fish balls and cook until heated through.
- 🥐 Slice croissants and fill with curry fish balls.
