Ingredients
- 🥬 Assorted Greens – such as kale, spinach, chard
- 🧅 Shallots – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – for dressing
- 🫒 Olive Oil – extra virgin
Instructions
- 🌿 Wash and chop the heritage greens.
- 🧄 Sauté shallots and garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
