Ingredients
- 🍄 Assorted wild mushrooms – cleaned and sliced
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary) – chopped
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🍚 Arborio rice – for risotto (optional)
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated (optional)
- 🍶 White wine – dry (optional)
- 💧 Vegetable broth
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until softened.
- 🍄 Add mushrooms and herbs, cook until tender and browned.
- 🍚 If making risotto, add rice and toast, then deglaze with white wine.
- 💧 Gradually add warm vegetable broth, stirring until absorbed (if making risotto). Otherwise, just simmer mushrooms in a bit of broth.
