Ingredients

  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🫘 Mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, peas) – 1 cup
  • 🧀 Paneer – 200g, cubed
  • 🥄 Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Spices (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala) – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
  • 🌶️ Add spices and mixed vegetables, cook for 5 minutes.
  • 🥘 Add paneer and simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
