Ingredients
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🫘 Mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, peas) – 1 cup
- 🧀 Paneer – 200g, cubed
- 🥄 Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Spices (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala) – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
- 🌶️ Add spices and mixed vegetables, cook for 5 minutes.
- 🥘 Add paneer and simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
