Ingredients
- 🌿 Pucuk Paku (Fern Tips) – 300g
- 🥥 Coconut Milk – 500ml
- 🌶️ Chili Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍋 Lemongrass – 1 stalk, bruised
- 🍃 Turmeric Leaf – 1, knotted
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🍬 Sugar – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onion, garlic, and chili paste until fragrant.
- 🌿 Add lemongrass and turmeric leaf; continue to sauté for 1 minute.
- 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
- 🌿 Add the fern tips and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- 🧂 Season with salt and sugar to taste, and serve hot.
