Ingredients

  • 🐟 Fish fillets – finely minced
  • 🐷 Pork – ground
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🧅 Green onions – chopped
  • 🥟 Dumpling wrappers
  • 🫘 Soy sauce
  • 🫚 Ginger – grated

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix fish, pork, cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, and ginger in a bowl.
  • 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  • 💧 Moisten the edges of the wrapper, fold, and seal to form dumplings.
  • ♨️ Steam dumplings for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • 🥢 Serve hot with dipping sauce.
