Ingredients

  • 🥦 Broccoli florets – 1 cup
  • 🫑 Green bell pepper – sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, chopped (optional)
  • 🍚 Cooked rice – for serving
  • 🥢 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Ginger – 1 tsp minced

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  • 🧅 Add onions, garlic, and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • 🌶️ Add green chilies (if using), broccoli, and bell pepper, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • 🥢 Stir in soy sauce and cook for another minute.
  • 🍚 Serve hot over cooked rice.
