Ingredients
- 🥦 Broccoli florets – 1 cup
- 🫑 Green bell pepper – sliced
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, chopped (optional)
- 🍚 Cooked rice – for serving
- 🥢 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 tsp minced
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- 🧅 Add onions, garlic, and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
- 🌶️ Add green chilies (if using), broccoli, and bell pepper, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 🥢 Stir in soy sauce and cook for another minute.
- 🍚 Serve hot over cooked rice.
