Ingredients

  • 🐚 Scallops – 8 large
  • 🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1/2, juiced
  • 🌿 Parsley – chopped for garnish
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • 🫒 Brush scallops with olive oil, season with salt & pepper.
  • ♨️ Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  • 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over scallops.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
