Ingredients
- 🐚 Scallops – 8 large
- 🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon – 1/2, juiced
- 🌿 Parsley – chopped for garnish
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- 🫒 Brush scallops with olive oil, season with salt & pepper.
- ♨️ Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over scallops.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
