Garlic butter prawn

Ingredients

  • 🦐 Large prawns – 500g, peeled and deveined
  • 🧈 Butter – 3 tablespoons, unsalted
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • 🌿 Parsley – 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🦐 Pat the prawns dry with a paper towel and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • 🍳 Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat and add the minced garlic.
  • 🔥 Sauté the prawns in the garlic butter for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  • 🍋 Stir in the fresh lemon juice and toss to coat all the prawns evenly.
  • ✨ Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately while hot.
