Ingredients
- 🦐 Large prawns – 500g, peeled and deveined
- 🧈 Butter – 3 tablespoons, unsalted
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
- 🌿 Parsley – 1 tablespoon, chopped
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🦐 Pat the prawns dry with a paper towel and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- 🍳 Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat and add the minced garlic.
- 🔥 Sauté the prawns in the garlic butter for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- 🍋 Stir in the fresh lemon juice and toss to coat all the prawns evenly.
- ✨ Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately while hot.
