Ingredients
- 🍕 Pizza dough – 1 ball
- 🍅 San Marzano tomato sauce – ½ cup
- 🧀 Buffalo mozzarella – 200g sliced
- 🌿 Fresh basil leaves – handful
- 🫒 Extra virgin olive oil – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Sea salt – a pinch
Instructions
- 🌡️ Preheat your oven to its highest setting, ideally with a pizza stone inside.
- 🍕 Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- 🍅 Spread the tomato sauce evenly, leaving space for the crust, and top with torn buffalo mozzarella.
- 🔥 Bake for 8–10 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- 🌿 Remove from the oven, top with fresh basil, a drizzle of olive oil, and serve immediately.
