Ingredients

  • 🌶️ Chorizo – sliced

  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🍷 Red Wine or Brandy – for flambéing
  • 🥖 Bread – for serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat a pan and add the chorizo slices.
  • 🧅 Cook until the chorizo starts to release its oils and brown.
  • 🧄 Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • 🍷 Carefully pour red wine or brandy over the chorizo and ignite it (flambé).
  • 🥖 Allow the flames to subside, then serve immediately with bread for dipping.
