Ingredients

  • 🥩 Beef – 200g thinly sliced
  • 🥬 Napa Cabbage – 2 cups chopped
  • 🍄 Shiitake Mushrooms – 4 pcs, sliced
  • 🥢 Shirataki Noodles – 1 pack, drained
  • 🍶 Soy Sauce – 3 tbsp
  • 🍯 Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • 🥣 Mirin – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🥘 Whisk soy sauce, sugar, and mirin in a small bowl to create the sauce.
  • 🔥 Heat a shallow pan over medium-high heat and sear the beef until browned.
  • 🥬 Add the cabbage, mushrooms, and noodles into the pan around the meat.
  • 🍯 Pour the sauce over the ingredients and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender and the liquid reduces.
  • ✨ Toss everything together until well-coated and serve hot.
