Ingredients
- 🥩 Beef – 200g thinly sliced
- 🥬 Napa Cabbage – 2 cups chopped
- 🍄 Shiitake Mushrooms – 4 pcs, sliced
- 🥢 Shirataki Noodles – 1 pack, drained
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – 3 tbsp
- 🍯 Sugar – 2 tbsp
- 🥣 Mirin – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥘 Whisk soy sauce, sugar, and mirin in a small bowl to create the sauce.
- 🔥 Heat a shallow pan over medium-high heat and sear the beef until browned.
- 🥬 Add the cabbage, mushrooms, and noodles into the pan around the meat.
- 🍯 Pour the sauce over the ingredients and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender and the liquid reduces.
- ✨ Toss everything together until well-coated and serve hot.
