Ingredients
- 🥔 Boiled potatoes – diced
- 🫘 Boiled chickpeas – small amount
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chutney – to taste
- 🫙 Tamarind chutney – to taste
- 🍦 Yogurt (Dahi) – whipped
- 🍘 Puri – small, crispy
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🌶️ Red chili powder – sprinkle
Instructions
- 🥣 Arrange puris on a plate and create a small hole in the center of each.
- 🥔 Fill each puri with potatoes and chickpeas.
- 🧅 Add onions, green chutney, and tamarind chutney to each puri.
- 🍦 Top with yogurt and garnish with cilantro and a sprinkle of red chili powder.
