Ingredients

  • 🥔 Boiled potatoes – diced
  • 🫘 Boiled chickpeas – small amount
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chutney – to taste
  • 🫙 Tamarind chutney – to taste
  • 🍦 Yogurt (Dahi) – whipped
  • 🍘 Puri – small, crispy
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
  • 🌶️ Red chili powder – sprinkle

Instructions

  • 🥣 Arrange puris on a plate and create a small hole in the center of each.
  • 🥔 Fill each puri with potatoes and chickpeas.
  • 🧅 Add onions, green chutney, and tamarind chutney to each puri.
  • 🍦 Top with yogurt and garnish with cilantro and a sprinkle of red chili powder.
  • ✨ Serve immediately for the best texture.
