Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken drumsticks – 4 pieces
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Ginger – 1 inch piece, grated
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- 🥄 Yogurt – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Spices (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala) – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or prepare a grill.
- 🍗 Grill or bake the chicken until cooked through and slightly charred, about 25-30 minutes.
- 🧅 In a pan, saute chopped onions until golden brown.
- 🥘 Add the cooked chicken to the pan and toss with the sautéed onions. Serve hot.
