Chicken Tangdi

Ingredients

  • 🍗 Chicken drumsticks – 4 pieces
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 large, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Ginger – 1 inch piece, grated
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • 🥄 Yogurt – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Spices (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala) – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or prepare a grill.
  • 🍗 Grill or bake the chicken until cooked through and slightly charred, about 25-30 minutes.
  • 🧅 In a pan, saute chopped onions until golden brown.
  • 🥘 Add the cooked chicken to the pan and toss with the sautéed onions. Serve hot.
