Ingredients

  • 🥬 Napa Cabbage – chopped
  • 🍄 Dried Mushrooms – soaked and sliced
  • 🥕 Carrots – sliced
  • 🫘 Bean Curd Sticks – soaked and cut
  • 🥢 Glass Noodles – soaked
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🧅 Onion – sliced
  • 🌿 Vegetable Broth – 2 cups

Instructions

  • 🧄 Sauté garlic and onion in oil until fragrant.
  • 🍄 Add mushrooms and carrots, stir-fry for a few minutes.
  • 🥬 Add napa cabbage, bean curd sticks, and glass noodles.
  • 🌿 Pour in vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then simmer until vegetables are tender.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
