Ingredients

- 🫘 Bean Curd Sticks – soaked and cut
- 🥢 Glass Noodles – soaked
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🌿 Vegetable Broth – 2 cups
Instructions
- 🧄 Sauté garlic and onion in oil until fragrant.
- 🍄 Add mushrooms and carrots, stir-fry for a few minutes.
- 🥬 Add napa cabbage, bean curd sticks, and glass noodles.
- 🌿 Pour in vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then simmer until vegetables are tender.
