Ingredients
- 🍜 Flat rice noodles
- 🍤 Shrimp – peeled and deveined
- 🥚 Eggs – beaten
- 🇨🇳 Chinese sausage – sliced
- 🌿 Bean sprouts
- 🍃 Chives – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Chili paste
- 🍶 Soy sauce
- 🍬 Dark soy sauce
- 💧 Oyster sauce
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry garlic and chili paste.
- 🍤 Add shrimp and Chinese sausage; cook until shrimp turns pink.
- 🥚 Push ingredients to the side, pour in eggs, and scramble.
- 🍜 Add noodles, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce; stir-fry well.
- 🌿 Add bean sprouts and chives; stir-fry briefly. Serve hot! ✨
