Ingredients

  • 🍜 Flat rice noodles
  • 🍤 Shrimp – peeled and deveined
  • 🥚 Eggs – beaten
  • 🇨🇳 Chinese sausage – sliced
  • 🌿 Bean sprouts
  • 🍃 Chives – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Chili paste
  • 🍶 Soy sauce
  • 🍬 Dark soy sauce
  • 💧 Oyster sauce

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry garlic and chili paste.
  • 🍤 Add shrimp and Chinese sausage; cook until shrimp turns pink.
  • 🥚 Push ingredients to the side, pour in eggs, and scramble.
  • 🍜 Add noodles, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce; stir-fry well.
  • 🌿 Add bean sprouts and chives; stir-fry briefly. Serve hot! ✨
