Ingredients
- 🥩 Bulgogi (thinly sliced marinated beef)
- 🥟 Pastry dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 🧅 Onion (thinly sliced)
- 🧄 Garlic (minced)
- 🍶 Soy sauce
- 🍯 Honey or sugar
- sesame oil
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 🥩 Prepare Bulgogi: Marinate thinly sliced beef with soy sauce, honey, garlic and sesame oil.
- 🧅 Sauté onions until translucent.
- 🥟 Assemble pastries: Fill pastry dough with cooked bulgogi and sautéed onions.
- 🍳 Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
