Ingredients

  • 🥩 Bulgogi (thinly sliced marinated beef)
  • 🥟 Pastry dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 🧅 Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 🧄 Garlic (minced)
  • 🍶 Soy sauce
  • 🍯 Honey or sugar
  • sesame oil

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 🥩 Prepare Bulgogi: Marinate thinly sliced beef with soy sauce, honey, garlic and sesame oil.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions until translucent.
  • 🥟 Assemble pastries: Fill pastry dough with cooked bulgogi and sautéed onions.
  • 🍳 Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
