Ingredients

  • 🍜 Udon noodles – 2 packs
  • 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
  • 🥕 Carrots – julienned
  • 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
  • 🌿 Green onions – chopped
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍥 Fish cake – sliced (optional)

Instructions

  • 💧 Boil water in a pot and cook udon noodles as per package instructions.
  • 🍲 In a separate pan, stir-fry onions, carrots, and mushrooms until softened.
  • 🥣 Add soy sauce and a little water to create a broth.
  • 🍜 Add cooked udon noodles to the pan and mix well with the vegetables and broth.
  • 🌿 Garnish with green onions and sliced fish cake (optional) before serving.
