Ingredients
- 🍜 Udon noodles – 2 packs
- 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
- 🥕 Carrots – julienned
- 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
- 🌿 Green onions – chopped
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍥 Fish cake – sliced (optional)
Instructions
- 💧 Boil water in a pot and cook udon noodles as per package instructions.
- 🍲 In a separate pan, stir-fry onions, carrots, and mushrooms until softened.
- 🥣 Add soy sauce and a little water to create a broth.
- 🍜 Add cooked udon noodles to the pan and mix well with the vegetables and broth.
- 🌿 Garnish with green onions and sliced fish cake (optional) before serving.
