Ingredients

  • 🐟 Whole Branzino – 2 (scaled and gutted)
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1 (sliced)
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme) – a few sprigs
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves (minced)
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔪 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare the branzino by patting it dry.
  • 🌿 Stuff the cavity with lemon slices, herbs, and minced garlic.
  • 🛢️ Drizzle the fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • ⏲️ Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • ✨ Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges.
