Ingredients
- 🐟 Whole Branzino – 2 (scaled and gutted)
- 🍋 Lemon – 1 (sliced)
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme) – a few sprigs
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves (minced)
- olive oil – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔪 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare the branzino by patting it dry.
- 🌿 Stuff the cavity with lemon slices, herbs, and minced garlic.
- 🛢️ Drizzle the fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- ⏲️ Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- ✨ Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges.
