Ingredients
- 🍖 Mutton Boti (Tripe/Meat) – 500g, thoroughly cleaned
- 🧅 Onions – 2 large, finely sliced
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – 2-3, slit
- 🧂 Spices (Turmeric, Chili, Cumin, Coriander) – 1 tsp each
- 🌿 Fresh Cilantro – a handful, chopped
- 🛢️ Cooking Oil – 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 🧼 Clean the boti thoroughly and pressure cook with water and turmeric until tender.
- 🍳 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and green chilies until golden brown.
- 🍅 Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes, cooking until they soften and oil separates.
- 🥘 Toss in the cooked boti and dry spices, stirring well to coat the meat evenly.
- ✨ Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, then garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
