Ingredients

  • 🐑 Mutton – 1 kg, cut into pieces
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 large, finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 3 medium, pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • 🌱 Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
  • 🥛 Yogurt – 1/2 cup, whisked
  • 🍃 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
  • 🛢️ Cooking Oil – 3 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pot and add onions. Fry until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree, chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder. Cook until oil separates.
  • 🐑 Add mutton pieces and yogurt. Cook until mutton is tender.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
