Ingredients

  • 🌿 Fresh basil leaves – 1 cup
  • 🐔 Chicken or tofu – 1 cup, cubed
  • 🌶️ Chili peppers – 1-2, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/2, sliced
  • 🫑 Bell pepper – 1/2, sliced
  • 🍚 Cooked rice – for serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large skillet.
  • 🧄 Add garlic and chili peppers; stir-fry briefly.
  • 🐔 Add chicken or tofu and stir-fry until cooked through.
  • 🧅 Add onion and bell pepper; stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  • 🌿 Stir in basil leaves until wilted. Serve hot over rice. 🍚
