Ingredients
- 🌿 Fresh basil leaves – 1 cup
- 🐔 Chicken or tofu – 1 cup, cubed
- 🌶️ Chili peppers – 1-2, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2, sliced
- 🫑 Bell pepper – 1/2, sliced
- 🍚 Cooked rice – for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large skillet.
- 🧄 Add garlic and chili peppers; stir-fry briefly.
- 🐔 Add chicken or tofu and stir-fry until cooked through.
- 🧅 Add onion and bell pepper; stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- 🌿 Stir in basil leaves until wilted. Serve hot over rice. 🍚
