Ingredients
- 🐟 Salt cod (bacalao) – soaked and shredded
- 🥖 Baguette – sliced
- 🫒 Olive oil – for drizzling
- 🌶️ Piquillo peppers – sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌿 Parsley – chopped
Instructions
- 🧄 Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
- 🐟 Add shredded bacalao and cook gently until heated through.
- 🥖 Toast baguette slices until golden brown.
- 🌶️ Top each slice with bacalao mixture and piquillo peppers.
- 🌿 Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
