Ingredients

  • 🐟 Salt cod (bacalao) – soaked and shredded
  • 🥖 Baguette – sliced
  • 🫒 Olive oil – for drizzling
  • 🌶️ Piquillo peppers – sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌿 Parsley – chopped

Instructions

  • 🧄 Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  • 🐟 Add shredded bacalao and cook gently until heated through.
  • 🥖 Toast baguette slices until golden brown.
  • 🌶️ Top each slice with bacalao mixture and piquillo peppers.
  • 🌿 Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
