Ingredients

Instructions

  • 🍚 Mix rice flour, coconut milk, sugar, and yeast with water to form a smooth batter.
  • ⏳ Let the batter ferment for 6-8 hours or overnight.
  • 🔥 Heat a non-stick appam pan. Grease it lightly.
  • 🥄 Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom.
  • 🍳 Cook covered on low heat until the edges are crisp and the center is soft.
