Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and cubed

  • 🌿 Curry leaves – a few
  • 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌱 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • ✨ Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and green chilies.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste.
  • 🥔 Add the boiled potatoes and turmeric powder, mix well.
  • 🧂 Add salt to taste and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti. ✨
