Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and cubed
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Curry leaves – a few
- 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌱 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- ✨ Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and green chilies.
- 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste.
- 🥔 Add the boiled potatoes and turmeric powder, mix well.
- 🧂 Add salt to taste and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti. ✨
