Ingredients

  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
  • 🥛 Yogurt – 1 cup, plain
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – 1/2 tsp
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Fresh dill – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare the garlic yogurt by mixing yogurt and minced garlic.
  • 🍳 Fry the eggs in butter until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
  • 🌶️ Melt butter in a small pan, add red pepper flakes, and cook for a minute.
  • 🍽️ Spread the garlic yogurt on a plate, top with the fried eggs, and drizzle with chili butter.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately with bread.
