Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🥛 Yogurt – 1 cup, plain
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – 1/2 tsp
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Fresh dill – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare the garlic yogurt by mixing yogurt and minced garlic.
- 🍳 Fry the eggs in butter until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
- 🌶️ Melt butter in a small pan, add red pepper flakes, and cook for a minute.
- 🍽️ Spread the garlic yogurt on a plate, top with the fried eggs, and drizzle with chili butter.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately with bread.
