Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs – 4 large
- 🍞 Sandwich bread – 4 slices
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🥕 Carrot – shredded
- ⭐ Kewpie mayo – to taste

- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🥚 Boil eggs until hard-boiled, then peel and mash.
